Who Decides What Is Needed?

This thesis questions standard humanitarian models by experimenting with co-design rooted in the daily life of Roça Java’s residents. There, their stories, actions, and local materials shape the project. Architecture follows life, not the other way round. I propose a slow, situated, and shareable method, where building becomes a collective act guided by listening.
