Managing Urban Floods in Kampala’s Informal Settlements
This thesis investigates how an adaptive governance framework and community ownership of drainage service provision can reduce the vulnerability of urban poor residents to regular flash floods plus enhance sustainable implementation and management of flood resilience measures in the Bwaise area of Kampala.
